Do you have kids that love making noise? Who are larger than life? Or maybe just the opposite and they need a place where they can let their confidence grow? Noisemakers Dance School is just the place for them.
Noisemakers Dance School offers tap and jazz dance classes to children from 4-12 years on the Navan Road, Dublin 7.
In our tap classes, students learn how to play music with their feet. They learn all the basic steps, as well as developing a natural sense of rhythm and musicality through dance. They learn teamwork through working together to make a rhythm flow and they grow in confidence and create their own voice through improvisation each week. The best thing is for an hour a week they get to make as much noise as they want!
In our jazz classes, students learn new choreography each week to songs from the musicals and current charts. Through the stretching section at the beginning of the class, they learn to appreciate their bodies and improve their flexibility and strength each week. They work on jazz technique and see the benefits of their perseverance and hard work in the improvements they make each week, seeing their legs kick higher and adding an extra turn to their pirouettes. They also nurture their creativity and teamwork when they create their own choreography for sections of the dance.
Students also get the opportunity to perform at the Christmas showcase and end of year production where they get to show off all their hard work and make memories and friendships that last a lifetime.

The production recently wowed Russian critics at the Premier in Moscow on 4 Dec 2015
"The action takes place in 1940s Paris, with the atmosphere of a country still suffering from shock - and that's why the melodrama has such anguish, and the love of Rodolfo and Mimi, and Marcello and Musetta, is so passionate and emotional....marvellous choir and crowd scenes, with Santa Claus flying with balloons, and street musicians dressed like Napoleonic soldiers" - ROSSIYSKAYA GAZETTA
"All the cast sang well, but the four main characters comprised a quartet to decorate the most prestigious opera houses in the world." - NEW IZVESTIYA
“The graceful sets and imaginative lighting support the singing - which is very strong." - KULTURA
