GLIMMER OF HOPE FOR FERMOY CRECHE
A Fermoy creche threatened with closure by the Cork County VEC has been given a glimmer of hope this week that they might be allowed to stay open, writes Mary Murphy. Sandra Kenneally, chairperson of a committee set up to fight for the future of the La Creche at Colaiste an Chraoibhin, and committee member Cllr Noel McCarthy met with Cork County VEC chief executive Joan Russell on Thursday last, March 29 to express their concerns.
