WATER PROBLEMS IN FERMOY HOSPITAL COULD DRAG INTO THE NEW YEAR
In the past month, it seemed as if the days of carrying water into Fermoy Community Hospital would be over, but now it seems that the plans to fix the broken water pipe have been put on hold until after the new year, reports Sandra Quinn.
Local councillors, Tadhg O’Donovan and Noel McCarthy, have expressed concern that the fix of the long standing problem is to be delayed, as it was meant to be done in conjunction with the flood relief works.
