MITCHELSTOWN ELECTRONIC MUSICIAN AIMS FOR MUSIC CHARTS
Mitchelstown native, Colin Hanley (aka Scimon Tist), is now taking his love for electronic dance music to the next level, as he hopes his most recent collaboration with Carlow DJ John Gibbons and former X Factor star Rebecca Creighton, will make it into the pop charts.
They released the new single ‘All I Need’ just last week on January 29, and already, the video has had more than 30,000 views on YouTube and they are hoping it will break into the charts over the coming weeks.
Colin is currently studying in Carlow, where John Gibbons is based and the duo are following their recent top 30 debut ‘Beautiful Filth’ and remixes for Mark Ronson and Professor Green with this track, which they hope will bring their electronic dance beats into the mainstream, as it brings their music in the direction of pop and dance.
