Welcome to Blanchardstown, County Dublin

Blanchardstown (Baile Bhlainséir) is located 10km north-west of Dublin City.  For the purposes of this website it incorporates nearby Castleknock, Tyrellstown and Clonsilla.

In recent years the area has grown massively in terms of housing and population, putting it on a par with smaller Irish cities.  It is home to one of Ireland's largest shopping centres, which contributes to the major traffic problems in the area.
