Adare (Áth Dara) is a beautiful village in County Limerick on the river Maigue.  The village has heritage status and is just 16km from Limerick City.

Adare is a popular tourist destination with it's many historical sites such as Augustinian Priory, Franciscan Abbey, Trintarian Abbey and the Desmond Castle.  Adare is also attracts weddings and conferences with 3 hotels and 2 world-class golf courses.
