Enjoy an hour each week learning the skill of mindfulness meditation. You will be provided with a CD of meditations and comprehensive notes each week. Learn about the benefits of meditation which include helping with stress, anxiety or just getting some headspace! Explore how meditation can help us change our relationship with ourselves in how we think and feel.
