It helps restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit. The word Reiki means "universal life energy". Reiki works on balancing the energy system in the body, be it on a spiritual, emotional or physical level. Reiki is suitable for all ages including children.

Access Bars is a gentle hands-on modality. It consists of 16 bars of energy that run through and around your head. These bars connect at specific “bars-points” and correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars session these points are gently touched to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas. Access Bars is suitable for all ages including children.

Indian Head Massage is treatment based on the ancient Indian healing system called Ayurveda. An Indian Head Massage treatment is performed in a seated position and covers the head, neck, shoulder and face. It is a deeply relaxing, uplifting treatment perfect to relieve headaches, migraines, sinuses, tension in the neck and shoulder, eases emotional stress and worries. Ear candling was a wellbeing ritual for native Americans, to heal illness, bring balance and give the strength to upcoming events. Ear candling involves inserting a long cylindrical candle into the ear and lighting the other end. The heat produced from the candle helps to draw out wax that may be present in the ear canal. With a light neck and face massage it is a lovely, relaxing ritual, it will help to ease sinus discomfort, blocked ears, excess wax build up and headaches. Finishing the treatment with Reiki Energy Healing. Ear Candling is suitable for all ages including children.
