Our sauna is located in the middle of a woods , beside a river. Relax and unwind while listening to the river and birds singing while you take your sauna. There is a plunge pool, cold shower and access into the river depending on your preference!

Living food demo's
Our resident living food instructor has over 15 years experience in her field. After your living food demonstration it will change how you view and consume your food. This course will show you how to make healthy food while also being tasty, the best of both worlds!
