Anthony Horan Associates (AHA) was established in 1981. Anthony Horan established the practice after being employed as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by the Building Operations Division of the Industrial Development Authority. He had also been employed in a number of Chartered Quantity Surveyors Offices in Dublin prior to this.
