WeCare Counselling and Psychotherapy, led by Helen Shaughnessy, provides compassionate and professional mental health support in Craughwell, Co. Galway. Specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy, we offer a safe space to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. MY practice is grounded in lived experience and evidence-based approaches, including Person centred therapy, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Motivational Interviewing. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate attachment issues and personal growth. I am an IACP-accredited service and work with major insurance providers including VHI, Laya, and Irish Life Health., and i am avaifor in-person sessions in Craughwell and online across the world.
