At Mullingar Dental Centre, our aim is to improve both your oral health and overall health, and give you a smile that gives you confidence and makes you feel good about yourself. On your first visit we will do a full examination and prepare a treatment plan for you. This will involve talking to you about yourself, your needs, your previous dental history, your medical history and your family’s medical history carrying out a full examination of your teeth, your gums, & head and neck area. This may involve taking digital X-rays and photographs carrying out an oral cancer screening and referring you for further care as required We will also discuss your oral health and the link to your general health. Parents will also receive advice about how to keep your children’s teeth healthy and give them a great smile. We will prepare a treatment plan and discuss all the options with you. Sometimes this may involve referring you to our in house Specialist Oral Surgeon, or Specialist Orthodontist for treatment. We can phase treatments to suit your needs and we also offer a payment plan to allow you to budget for your treatment. And we do all of this by using the latest technology Digital X-rays which give us an instant picture on screen with lower radiation dose than traditional film Pain free numbing using the wand
