We all know that looking good on the outside can be affected by how you feel on the inside! Join our Reboot Challenge to boost your Metabolism and be Slim Trim and full of energy !
This is a 6 Week Nutrition and Fitness programme to re-energise yourself from the inside out with a nourishing ‘spring clean’ for your body! The cost for the full 6 weeks will be €150 including nutrition plans and leisure centre membership for the full 6 weeks. This 6 week nutrition and fitness programme is brought to you by Health Coach and Zest4life practitioner Antoinette Kane and Roganstown Hotel and Country Club Leisure Club who will support you every step of the way. The food is delicious, family friendly and easy to prepare. You can expect to feel brighter, lighter, more vibrant and ready for the sunshine.
Come along to our free information evening on April 12th from 7pm - 8pm in our Leisure Centre in Roganstown Hotel and Country Club. Antoinette will be on hand to deliver a talk, do a personalised Body Composition Analysis that measures your Body Fat percentage, Lean Muscle, hydration levels and BMI. She will outline the food plan and how the challenge will work. Our Leisure Manager Noel will go through the facilities available at our leisure centre and explain the fitness classes available to you as you progress through your fitness journey.
