Welcome to Glasnevin

Glasnevin (Glas Naíon) is a largely residential neighbourhood of Dublin City.

Glasnevin became a township in 1878 and became part of the City of Dublin in 1900.

Today Glasnevin has a vibrant community, largely comprising of a mix of young families and their more senior counterparts from the middle of the last century, as well as students attending the University.
