Throughout my journey to identify healthy, tasty and value add to our bodies SNACKS, I found myself disappointed, confused and a feeling of lackluster overall.

With this in mind I looked to product my own options and through my research I found Gourmet Mushrooms, specifically focusing on:

Reishi Mushrooms
Cordyceps Mushrooms
Lion's Mane Mushrooms

With my main ingredient determined I then wanted to ensure the flavour of my snack was somewhat familiar to everyone.
I look forward to bring you all on this adventurous journey where we will take snack foods to the next generation in my kitchen lab, so come with me to research new receipts and taste test
