CLAIMS OF ‘APPALLING SERVICE’ ON BUS
Passengers on the bus from Dublin to Fermoy last Thursday were, it is alleged, left ‘shocked and appalled’ after they had, it is claimed been forced to endure wet conditions, were not allowed to eat and had to have their bags searched on a Bus Eireann service, which was run by an outside contractor.
A local woman who contacted The Avondhu claimed that the bus itself was late and did not get into Fermoy until almost 10pm, while the behaviour of the bus driver was described as ‘unacceptable’.
