FLOOD RELIEF TO TOP AGENDA AT BUSINESS MEETING
The long awaited signing of contracts for phase two of the flood relief plan in Fermoy will top the agenda next Monday as business leaders in the town come together to discuss the implications the work might have on everyday life.
Just hours after the contracts are due to be signed by the Minister on Monday (March 12), members of the Fermoy Business Action Group will gather at the youth centre for their regular meeting and the flood relief plans are expected to dominate proceedings.
Other key issues on the agenda for the March meeting will include plans for the St Patrick’s Day parade in Fermoy, a follow up on the meeting with Fermoy Town Council on parking and an update from the groups’ festival committee.
The March meeting of the Fermoy Business Action Group will take place on Monday evening at 6.15pm in the Fermoy Youth Centre.
All local businesses are welcome to come along.
