HOPES HIGH THAT AGREEMENT CAN BE BROKERED IN COLAISTE CRECHE DISPUTE
There’s hope this week that an agreement can be reached in the Colaiste an Chraoibhin, Fermoy creche dispute. The dispute over redundancy payment terms has been ongoing since May with two former workers there, Paula Connolly and Margaret Power staging a sit in, while union officials and representatives of Cork County VEC have been attempting to resolve the matter.
