MAN FOUND NEAR FERMOY VIADUCT
Gardai found a man lying on the roadway near the Fermoy viaduct
around 9pm on the evening of St Patrick's Day. The man was taken to
Cork University Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
In
reference to the matter, Sgt. Liam Feeney of Fermoy garda station
stated that, " We do not suspect foul play" and that they are “not
looking for anyone in connection with the matter".
