NEW HOUSES TO SELL AT 'COST' PRICE?
The Avondhu has been recently informed that a new ‘innovative’ housing development consisting of 50 houses is planned for the town of Fermoy.
Although no public announcement has been made, The Avondhu has reliable information that the proposed development will be carried out by the Shanbally Housing Association.
The unusual aspect of this development is that the houses concerned are, it appears, to be sold at cost price and that a preference will be shown to first time buyers. The Avondhu will, as always, keep you posted.
