NEW TWIST AS 40 DAY CRECHE SIT–IN GOES ON
Expectations that a meeting was to be held and a resolution was close in the Colaiste an Chraoibhin creche dispute in Fermoy have been dashed.
Two former employees of the creche who have been staging a sit-in in a bid to secure a better redundancy package, Paula Connolly and Margaret Power, understood that they were to meet a senior official at the Department of Education on Friday last. That meeting never took place.
