NEW WEBSITE A MAJOR WEAPON
A new website this week launched to promote Fermoy was described as ‘a major weapon in the fight back again the obstacles that the town is facing at the moment’ by the mayor, Cllr Michael Hanley.
Mr Hanley said that he wants the new site to be accessible and used by the people of the area to promote their town.
“I am very pleased with the new website. I want all the people of Fermoy to see just how their town is being presented to the world. This site is free to the business community and to the clubs and organisations in Fermoy for the first year, and this is a significant gesture on behalf of Fermoy Enterprise Board,” he told The Avondhu.
Fermoy.ie is divided into sections giving the visitor, business or resident the opportunity to see just what the town has to offer.
