Shaws show their appreciation at special event for customers
It's always nice to be appreciated. The popular department store Shaws is doing just that with a special 'Customer Appreciation Evening' being held at their Patrick Street premises in Fermoy this Friday, April 4th.
It's an event that has run proved so popular in some other of the chain's stores, that they are now held twice a year. Shaws Fermoy has never previously held an event like this so manager Niamh O'Shea thought this year, as they celebrate Shaws' 150 year celebrations, would be a good year to start.
SAYING THANKS
"It enables us to let our customers know how much we value them," Niamh said. It also offers an opportunity for new customers to visit and see what the store has to offer across their mens and womens and household range.
"We appreciate that here in Fermoy in particular, it is the loyal, regular customer that keeps us ticking over - so to say 'thank you' were are holding this red carpet event," Niamh explained.
Customers are invited along to enjoy a glass of wine and some nibbles. There'll be in-store entertainment with music, spot prizes and a special 20% discount off almost everything. Children will be kept entertained with face painting, goodies and some well loved cartoon characters.
