Three thefts in the past week
Gardai in Fermoy are appealing for information in light of three thefts over the past week in Fermoy and Castletownroche.
A neon 'open' sign was stolen from O'Neill Crowley Quay in Fermoy outside a fast food outlet on June 28 at 1.50am.
On June 29, between 10.30am and 1pm, a quantity of clothing was taken at Barnane Walk while someone was swimming in the river.
Then, on July 1 at 4pm, a valuable fishing rod was taken from the cliff in Castletownroche and Gardai would ask that it be returned to the station.
If anyone saw anything suspicious at the above times and locations, they can contact Fermoy Garda Station on 025-82100.
