Woman injured in crash on wet road at carrigabrick, Fermoy
Slippery conditions caused by the first rain in some weeks on dry roads was thought to be responsible for a crash which occurred on Tuesday morning at Carrigabrick, Fermoy.
A 33-year-old woman was taken by ambulance to Cork University Hospital after the car she was travelling in left the road after skidding and ended up in a field. She is understood to have escaped serious injury.
