This is a 3 Week Stress Management Course with Véro Rooney which takes place in Horetown, Foulksmills, Co Wexford, on 3 Thursdays in April (7th, 14th & 21st of April) from 10:30 am till 12 pm.
This is a stress management course with a "difference": the alternative to "talk" therapy.
Learn simple, natural & fun moves & tecniques to release stress. This course will be beneficial for anyone who could do with some relaxing, who suffers from high blood pressure, or any other "tensions" in their lives or anyone who just want to have FUN.
You will practise self-help tools that will empower you to take control of your stress levels, as a result you will be better equiped to manage your health & your life!
