Event Organiser Nikki Bray was born with a spinal defect and is asking you to join her on September 2nd at 11:am on Youghal Beach to complete a 4km walk in aid of Chronic Pain Ireland support services and to raise awareness of spinal health.
Nikki is asking you to take part and show your support to raise awareness of all chronic pain conditions during September's Pain Awareness Month. She states "It is not a fast walk, it is all about mobility and strength....not speed". If you can't walk but would lilke to come along to support and cheer us on please get in touch. Dr Benjamin Martin of Optimal Chriopractic will also be on hand throughout the day. This is a family friendly event and all are welcome
