We are running a Family Health Festival in Market square Clonmel on Friday 27th, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th of July 2012.
This is a free event with the aim of incorporating healthy eating and nutrition with healthy living and exercise within the family.
Anyone who is interested in improving their health may come along.
Activities will be available for the young and old.
Present we will have a
- nutritionist (health, food and cooking on a budget)
- Cooking demonstrations
- Adult fitness instructor
- Kids fitness instructor
- dance instructor
- Life coach
- Activities such as face painting for the kids and more to follow....
Seminars and classes will be available for booking
