The workshop will show how we can live more sustainably by growing our own food and supporting the resilience of our local community.
It is for anyone interested in finding out more about permaculture and how to take that interest further. It will be a stand-alone introduction to permaculture ethics, principles and design.
The event will be hosted by Richard Webb who has held a diploma in permaculture teaching and design for 25 years and is accredited with the Permaculture Association UK. Richard has taught full permaculture design courses in Ireland (Cloughjordan) and Hong Kong and has taught permaculture for 15 years on the DIT MSc in Sustainable Development. Richard is also the co-coordinator of Bray Grow It Yourself.
