One hour of yoga with certified instructor Kate McNally will get you loosened up and ready to ride, mentally and physically. Follow your yoga session with an hour of trekking in Kylebrack Forest, suitable for beginners or advanced riders. Enjoy a delicious, well earned vegetarian lunch afterwards at The Three Towers Eco House and Organic Kitchen.
