Mental Health Ireland and the Health and Safewty Authority have come together in association with the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work to present a series of national mental health and wellbeing in the workplace seminars in October.
Sligo has been chosen as one of the locations to host the seminar on the theme of Managing Stress and Change which will take place in the Clarion Hotel, Sligo on 15th October 2015.
The seminars are specifically developed for business owners and managers in SME's (i.e. business, community, voluntary and statutory sectors). Participants will both learn about mental health and the workplace and explore practical strategies to manage common associated issues that arise.
