Oasis Fitness provides Fitness Classes in Strength and Conditioning; Kettlebells; Boxercise and Body-conditioning. Class on most evenings, starting from €5.00 per class. Private one to one Fitness Training also available.
All our classes are run by highly trained and experienced Personal trainers, who are also group instructors and fitness instructors.
