All the muscles, sinews and joints are lightly stretched.
Utilising correct breathing the maximum oxygen/blood/chi is circulated around the whole body.
The special low price of €120 is maintained because we need you to commit to 4 courses per year. All we need is a €40 (non-refundable) deposit.
