KILDORRERY ARE KINGS OF MUNSTER
Sunday last is a date that will go down in the history of Kildorrery following the junior hurlers brilliant win over a gallant St Kieran’s side from Co Limerick in Mallow. It took the lads a while to settle but settle they did and a personal tally of 1-06 for Peter O’Brien saw ‘the hill’ win out on a 1-12 to 0-13 scoreline.
While there were times throughout the sixty or so minutes that Kildorrery’s hopes of victory seemed threatened, their army of supporters held the belief that their lads are a great second half team.
So, as they went in three points in arrears at half-time, there was lots of hope and another pulsating thirty minutes to look forward to.
