SWAN SONG LONG GONE AT MITCHELSTOWN LAKE
There has been a call this week for the possible re-development of a unique man made lake in Mitchelstown that is now hidden away by years of undergrowth.
The lake, first developed as a private amenity for the Kingston family, is located on land now owned by Dairygold and local man Timmy ‘Rancher’ White is advocating its restoration as a tourism and leisure related facility.
