TWO TITLES IN ONE GO?
In yet another strange anomaly of the GAA club scene, Kildorrery could yet be crowned as Cork county junior hurling champions should they defeat red hot favourites Charleville in the premier junior North Cork final at Buttevant on this Sunday, this, despite the fact, that Charleville, who were nominated to represent the division in the county series, have already actually won that title.
This situation, which is not, we might add, unique to Cork, developed because of a need to nominate a North Cork team to contest the county series in advance of an impending deadline.
