UNEXPECTED WINDFALL FOR LOYAL SHOPPERS
The winners of December and January’s Mitchelstown Business Association loyalty card competition were delighted with an unexpected windfall this week.
The Mitchelstown Business Association loyalty card scheme has been running since 2009 and has rewarded local people for shopping and eating out in the area. When used in a participating outlet, the loyalty card is stamped.
Completed loyalty cards are then entered into a draw with the chance of winning a voucher worth over €100, as well as other prizes from over 50 retailers and businesses in Mitchelstown. Bridie Moloney was thrilled when she got the call from Mark Waldron of the MBA telling her she had won a €100 voucher for use in Doody’s Chemist in Lower Cork Street.
