Come along and enjoy 1 hour each week to experience what its like to meditate. Anyone can! What would it be like to be able to calm your mind? To not be ruled by your thoughts and to be able to be ok with how you experience this world (your feelings and perceptions)? What about being ok with who you are - now? How kind and compassionate are you to yourself? All of these topics are covered together with practicing meditation, so if you are curious about any of the above, this course is for you.
