A fun walk / jog or run for 5k in aid of the Blue Cross. All Boost My Image BMI members are invited to take part and if you are not taking part you can donate towards the cause. It promises to be a fun event, with all participants wearing tshirts with individual nick names they have given themselves and eachother.
We will meet at the gym in the Finglas Business Centre at 11am and all walk across to the fun walk/ jog together and afterwards head to the deputy mayor for lunch to celebrate.
