On Friday the 22nd of September, the Mayor Of limerick will officially open The Limerick Military History Exhibition at The Civic Offices, Merchants Quay. The exhibition will run for one week. On Sunday the 24th of September, the Veterans International Parade will take place following a wreath laying service at the Civic Gardens at 10:30hrs. Later that afternoon Sarsfield Barracks will host The Irish Defence Forces National Veterans Day Ceremonies, commencing at 14:00hrs.
